Welcome to Moving Om
Moving Om yoga practice is designed to be progressive, allowing each person to determine what their level is on any given day. Regardless of if you have or haven't done yoga before, Moving Om provides an uncomplicated practice space. You do not have to be good at yoga or bendy in any way.
It's not just a hippy thing!
These sessions are tailored to your needs and are available as 30 or 60 minute classes. Sessions can focus on areas of tension, stress relief, improved flexibility, core strength and general overall body conditioning. I also design sessions for all levels of runners and lifters! One-on-One sessions are available Monday to Thursday. Be quick as these spots do go fast!
I am available to take groups of anywhere from 5 to 20 people for a one-off class or regular practice. Classes can be conducted at your specific location or an alternative venue can be arranged for you. Prices will be determined based on your specific group package design. There will be special retreats and other yoga-specific type events offered at various times throughout the year. These retreats and events are conducted at a variety of local and coastal locations.
